Cross Fit Hamptons uses the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit's specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness. CrossFit will allow you to be ready for anything life throws at you, and to maintain that level of fitness for your entire lifetime. Since 1977 the Body Shop has been part of the East Hampton community offering classes in Yoga, T'ai Chi, Core Plus, Cardio and Dance as well as Massage Therapy and Yoga Therapy. Located at 26 Newtown Lane (above Eileen Fisher) in the village of East Hampton, the Body shop is a beautiful light-filled space. Burn calories and get your total body conditioned in Exceed’s signature full body, high intensity cardio and strength workout based on their signature SUMMIT (Strength & Ultra Metabolic Interval Training) method. Try a class in front of the big screen! CinemaCycle studio features daily classes, 24 brand-new Schwinn A.C. Sport flywheel bikes and some of the East End’s most popular instructors. Four rows of theater seats have been removed at the front of the Montauk Movie Theater to accommodate the bikes, allowing for perfect viewing of surf movies and action sports videos during class. Studio 3, equipped with a professionally sprung, sub-floor and double hard wood barres, is a professional environment where children and adults learn the art of dance. Offering both school year and summer classes in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Irish Dance, Modern Dance and Exercise classes, Studio 3 is home to over one hundred dancers from toddlers to seniors. Dancers will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of their chosen dance genre and build upon it with confidence and passion. Studio 3 prides itself with a non competitive and supportive dance environment.
